Cancellation Policy :
Cancellation before 30 days of booking date will incur 10% of booking value as processing charge.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the booking will be subject to 50% refund of total amount.
Cancellations / no show within 48 hours of the booking will be subject to 100% cancellation charge of total amount.
Identity Record :
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, Passport and VISA. Without valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check in. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contained or resulted from a mistake or error.
